Simone's expertise spans across multiple therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Immunology, CNS, Metabolic Cardiovascular, and Virology, working with small molecules, biologics, and adoptive cell technology.

Her experience includes leadership roles at renowned pharmaceutical companies such as Genentech, F. Hoffman La-Roche, Amgen, Novartis, and Idorsia Pharmaceuticals, where she built and led global safety teams, managed complex drug safety projects, and interacted with health authorities worldwide.

Simone leverages her client-side recruitment experience as a Management Consultant, providing strategic insights and driving excellence in pharmaceutical and safety compliance search and selection.
