Inside Sales Manager - CAD Software (Position Filled)

Home Based - Middle East

Fluent English speaker is essential for this position, the ability to speak Arabic would be desirable but is not essential. Due to recent company expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an Inside Sales Manager for the Middle East region, selling CAD software to the food service industry.

Our client is a well-established CAD software designed, with a healthy portfolio of existing customers and turnover. The role will focus on dealing with incoming sales enquires in the Middle East region.

A field based sales background or telesales background is desirable; the ideal candidate will be able to converse technically and engage in ‘solution selling’ where required, establishing dialogues with customers to identify their technical issues and needs, and meeting these with existing and new products as appropriate.

The role requires a driven yet adaptable individual who enjoys taking a self-managing and proactive approach. A high degree of autonomy and organisation in managing multiple accounts simultaneously is essential. This opportunity will particularly suit a sociable and collaborative individual who will enjoy sharing information, and communicating, liaising, and negotiating both internally and externally using appropriate methods, to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. Other key vital functions will include maintaining business functionality and ensuring sustainable growth via monitoring and regular reporting, in accordance with company procedures.

The role will be home based, with occasional travel as required. You can be based anywhere in the UK or Europe, but must have previous experience in selling to the Middle East region.
