The role itself is a Help Desk Team Leader. You will be working across the EMEA region with a diverse range of retail businesses acting as their advisor and essentially their representative to ensure that their satisfaction levels are high, that they maximise the capability of this state of the art technology solution.

This is an exciting market place to be involved in, the pace of change and investment within the retail sector is significant and this organisation works with them to maximise revenues, enhance consumer experience and to integrate date and analytics making it a useable tool.


Ideally you will have experience within a retail setting or within a solution or service provider to the retail sector. The ability to see things and to understand the world and the challenges they face through the eyes of a retailer would be highly desirable.

You need to be gregarious, confident and have a genuine desire to deliver exceptional results. You will have excellent communication skills, ideally have some experience of training and managing collaboration across multiple departments. You will manage the actual documentation, administration and planning of the installation ensuring that everyone and everything is where they need to be when they need to be there. You will be the customer interface resolving their issues, developing user insight and providing on-going support and training.

In this role you will be responsible for a small team. Travel is a requirement and you can anticipate regular trips to Europes capital cities working with retailers at HQ and store level.
